Trivia ahoy! Someone was asking for a photo at some point, so here it is.
The two the left are screen printed bandannas, wrapped around test pressings. The one on the Right is screen-printed on chipboard.

RED = 18 made, test pressing at plant #3.
BLUE = 11 made, test pressing at plant #2.
CHIP = 10 made, the first split-color record made at plant #3, test labels.

These were all pulled from the mothers used for the pressings up through 2010. Pressings later on in 2011 will be from re-cut mothers.

this reminds me that the version I have is 4th pressing, black/white split. I wonder if that's old/rare enough to be worth anything?

I won this one: 24th Pressing: 400 Red 180 Gram, because it made me feel like I had a red first pressing

Pic Disc: someday.
Glow... they used "RAR" as a guinea pig so we could check it out... we were thinking that we could get more if we needed to, but they ran out of the material and could not get more for a while. I think they have had it again a couple times, but we did not have an order on at the time. Glow looks great, but sounds a little raspy.

you could always go to Pirates press. I know that they do the glow also.

I have a few glow records. The AFI "Fly in the ointment" 7" and The Surrogate Brains full length that I got at the last Op ivy show at age 14 cause it was glow and I thought it was neat. You are right they do sound kinda raspy, Groovie Ghoulies were gonna do a glow for "fun in the dark" but didn't because of the "raspy" quality. I think glow are better sounding than picture discs though.
