The first Razorcake podcast I posted here wasn't met with too much outright protest, so I figured I'd push my luck. Here is another one I did dedicated entirely to Nomeasnno. I've been experiencing something of a Nomeansno renaissance lately so it seemed like a good idea and it was fun to do. I also sometimes feel like they are a pretty underrated/unknown band amongst most of the folks I know. Plus, they've been influential on all us guys in The Tim Version even though we don't much sound like them.
So, there you have it. If you've never listened to 'em before, I'd be hard-pressed to say that they would be the sort of band that are immeadiately likeable or easy to get into...but then again, I don't think that many of the best bands are...on the other hand, what do I know? ok...that's 20%...
Tony...M.I.H. to my knowledge...they've only ever played one show in FL...I heard it was in pensacola for like 10 people or something... |
